We had our second meeting on Dec 4th. It was a more productive meeting. We came to agreements on a few language clean up items and agreed to leave most of the LOU’s the same. We are working on seniority and probationary periods when moving job classes. No economics were talked about today. The company made it clear they do not want to add benefits to the contract. They did not offer any suggestions as to what that means or what kind of money they want to spend. We have a meeting on December 14th and that looks like we will speak about money at that time.
