Off-network AKN Login Changes: With your 2016 Open Enrollment you should see a link to sign up for iSafe. If you want to be able to access AKN, MyAllina and/or Webmail from a non-Allina Health computer, you MUST register for iSAFE. This includes using these tools to access benefits enrollment, Kronos scheduling and other tools only available through these channels. The registration process includes providing your cell phone number or indicating that you need an RSA token because text messaging is not an option. If you don’t want to provide a cell # you’ll need an RSA token. The token is a small random code generator that you will need to use every time you want to login from off-network. Please contact your Management or HR representative with any questions.

Uniform Allowance: Contract language specifies that all uniform option money ($175 per person per year) must be spent by Dec 1st. Almost anything pertinent to your jobs can be purchased now. Contact your Management Representative for purchase orders. Please don’t go to Aspen without pre-authorization.
FTE Changes: Creep language to increase or decrease your FTE is due to your Manager by November 30th. FTE changes are Management discretion.
