Everyone,
If you have tried to get into Microsoft Teams and been denied, I finally found out why. Our whole work group is considered non-exempt and IT and the powers that be decided that we did not need remote access.
If you are on an Allina computer and logged in under your A number it will work but not under a multi-user account like all our computers are.They are working on giving our whole work group access now that we have brought the issue to their attention. hopefully we will see change soon.
This does not effect many people now but soon most meeting’s will be done through Teams and it will be an issue. If you have any other questions please let me know.
